Customized Envelope Addressing
Set the Tone for your Beautiful Event
Invitations for Less can customize the addressing of your mailing envelopes to match the lettering style of your invitations. Matching the ink color is also an option for most colors.
The charge is $1.00 ($1.50 for Bickham II style only) per invitation plus applicable shipping cost. This includes the addressing of the inner and the outer envelope.
Colored ink (other than black) is $10 extra per order. Ink colors are custom mixed to match.

How do I submit the names and addresses for the Addressing Service?
Addresses are furnished by an email attachment in 2 Word files. See the Data Submission Guide below for instructions on how to create your Word documents.
Data Submission Guide
(FOR ENVELOPE ADDRESSING)
Please send addresses as two separate word files; one for the outer envelope and a separate file for the inner envelope.
Keep the names on the files in the same order and please proof carefully; no abbreviations and punctuation only where you really want it. DO NOT send any name/address that is incomplete for both the inner and outer files.
The word files should have no columns, no tabs or special formatting of any kind. Enter the names and addresses in a block type like Times or Bookman, left justified, single spaced with double spaces between guests. Keep it simple but do make sure that what you send is what you want us to put on the envelope.

How do I choose a typestyle for the addressing?
We usually suggest addressing the envelopes in the same style as the invitation. If you have purchased your invitations from us, we will have the font style in our files. If you are sending your envelopes to us from a different source, please include one invitation so that we can match the style. The invitation sample is also used to match the ink color.

Do you address place cards?
Addressing for place cards for the Reception is also available. The charge is $.50 for each addressed place card. Place cards are also available in either white or ecru at an additional cost of .35 cents each. Colored ink (other than black) is a one-time charge of $10. Shipping is extra.
